Diagrammo in Jira
Paste a live link into an issue and Jira draws the diagram. Nothing to install.
1.Show the diagram on the web
In Diagrammo, open the diagram and press Share on the left rail (or ⌘E), then Show on the web → Show. Or right-click it in the file list and choose Show and copy link. Its live link is copied for you, and an amber globe appears on the diagram's row. To copy it again, press the lit amber globe on the rail. See where these are in the app.
2.Paste it into Jira
- Paste the live link into a Jira issue.
- Jira shows the diagram itself.
Tested 2026-10-01.
How the live link works
A live link is the address of a diagram you show on the web. The app marks that diagram with an amber globe, . Edit the diagram in Diagrammo and every place that holds the link catches up — no export, no copy to replace.
- 1
Get the link
In Diagrammo, open the diagram and press Share on the left rail (or ⌘E), then Show on the web → Show. Or right-click it in the file list and choose Show and copy link. Either way the link is copied. To copy it again, press the lit amber globe on the rail. See where these are in the app.
- 2
Paste it into Jira
The steps are above. Jira shows the diagram itself, read-only.
- 3

Each time someone opens an issue, Jira draws the diagram as you last saved it.
A live link looks like this
https://online.diagrammo.app/d/dgm_01M3PG3DQ6S89W7ZFM5Z06J1CD - Only a diagram shown on the web embeds
- Show it on the web first — Showing a diagram on the web says what that makes public. What a tool shows for a link to a diagram that is not shown is not tested yet.
- Anything else that takes HTML
-
Change
/d/to/embed/and put that address in an iframe — the snippet is on the sharing page. - Stopping
- Press Stop showing in the same Share dialog. The link stops drawing the diagram within five minutes.
